నాకు ఒక సందేహం ఉంది (I have a doubt related to election rules in India). మన దేశంలో పొత్తులు పెట్టుకోవడానికి లేదా ఉపసంహరించడానికి ఏమైనా నిభందనలు ఉన్నాయా?(Is there any rule which tells how the ties should be between parties?)
నాకు తెలిసినంత వరకు ఏవిధమైన బేరసారాలు చెయ్యకూడదు అని(As far as I know there should not be any type of agreements), ఇది నిజమో కాదో తెలియదు కొంచం నా సందేహానికి సమాధానం ఇవ్వగలరు(I don't know if its true or not, Please give me whether my suspicion is true or not)
ఎందుకు ఇది వ్రాస్తున్నాను అంటే అంత కుంభకోణం చేసిన వాళ్ళని ఇంకా పక్కన పెట్టుకుని Congress తిరుగుతుంది కదా........
