All bank transcations are going into spam?

Earlier RBI didn't regulate banks from sending unwated messages, which we often called spam. Later RBI regulated Banks not to send spam messages.
Now Banks started to send transaction alerts to users. The junk thing with Gmail(This is my understanding from past) it will start marking them to spam if more number of users getting mails from the same sender, now as most of people doing transactions online or using debit cards and credit cards more mails are sent by these Banks.
So either if you know some one from Google ask them to create a spam filter based on content rather than the sender.
Even account statements are going into spam.

Caution "Never use frequent used mail ID in bank forms or any Financial forms"
